A place for every client
Create your own client directory, then organise files into document workspaces for each job, project or matter.
Opening your workspace…
Your business documents deserve more than another folder. Keep files, versions and client sharing in one clear place.
Your own business. Your own team. No CRM required.
Files, decisions and the next step, together.
Brand assets requested. A clear next step for everyone.
Practical document tools for the people doing the work.

Save new versions without overwriting earlier files. See who did what and when, and choose exactly which version a client receives.
Search extracted document text, including local OCR for scans and images. See indexing status and open the original to check a result.
Invite clients to their own portal to upload requested files, download published versions and follow the progress you share.
Request a signature on an exact published version. Keep the signer’s account, typed name, consent, document hash and time together.
Set retention reviews or automatic archiving. Apply legal holds with recorded reasons, while keeping files and history intact.
Give each person their own account. Choose who administers the business, who works on documents and who only needs to view them.
Register a WorkVault account and name your business.
Create a client in your directory and open a document workspace.
Upload files, publish the right version and invite your client.
Clear answers about what works today and what needs a connection.
They are separate products. WorkVault manages documents and client sharing; DNC Workspace is the CRM for clients, sales and everyday work. Each has its own accounts and data. Records and sign-ins do not automatically transfer between them.
Yes. Register here, create your business and add clients in WorkVault’s own directory. You do not need a DNC Workspace subscription or account.
Staff uploads are private until an authorised team member publishes a specific version. An invitation gives access only to its document workspace. Clients can also see their own uploads and the progress your team publishes.
PDF, PNG, JPEG, UTF-8 TXT/CSV and non-macro Word, Excel and PowerPoint files are supported. Each file can be up to 10 MiB and must pass validation and malware scanning. There is currently no configured business storage cap.
The connection is ready for administrator setup, but Microsoft 365 is not connected on this service yet. Once configured and tested with your Microsoft account, working copies can open in Microsoft’s web editor, with reviewed changes saved back to WorkVault. Outlook filing is for selected messages and attachments, not full mailbox sync.
Private invitation links are available now. The email queue and delivery history are built, but a sender mailbox must be configured before email invitations can be sent.
WorkVault records authenticated-account signing intent and evidence for an exact document version. It does not independently certify a person’s identity or provide qualified electronic signatures.
The available features can be used while development continues. Paid plans have not launched; check with DNC Tech Solutions before making a purchasing commitment. Retention keeps archived files rather than permanently deleting them. This is not a claim of enterprise DMS feature parity.
Give your files and the people who use them a proper home.
